Some organizations offer installments, or payment plans, when you select an eligible activity, membership, multipass or merchandise item. The registration process happens once, but with an installment plan, you can pay in predetermined, postdated payments.

Select installments during the checkout process

When an installment plan is available for an item, a “Show Installments” button is seen under the price.

In this example, we have a $200 after school activity that offers an installment plan.

When you select a participant, you can pay in full or pay with installments. Here we can see that Sadie can pay the full $200 at checkout, or $50 at checkout and then $50 every 2 weeks, for a total of 6 weeks.

Sadie chooses to pay with the installment plan and checkout:

In Step 3 of checkout, Payment, you can see the amount to be paid during checkout, as well as a list of all the upcoming payments:

How to see payments in your personal account

After checkout, you can find the list of upcoming payments in the Billing tab of your personal account (under Post-dated Payments).

What if my payment fails?

If a post-dated payment fails, the amount owing shows in your personal account as a balance due. The system only attempts to process the payment once on the predetermined date. Some organizations allow you to pay your outstanding balance directly from your personal account, under the Billing tab with the “Make payment” button:

What if I can't see the Make payment button in my account?

If you do not see the “Make payment” button, the payment option is not available. Contact the organization directly to make a payment and confirm any new payment information.
