These laws require that:

How do I set my cookie preferences in the cookie banner?

The banner appears on any page hosted on app.amilia.com and allows users on the Amilia website to set their cookies preferences. Once users 'Customize' or 'Accept all', their choice is saved, and the banner won't appear again until the cookies expire, or the user clears their cookie cache.

The banner stays on the page until a user clicks to Customize or Accept all.

  • The Accept all button allows users to consent to all cookies (Essential, Functionality, and Tracking & Performance).

  • The Customize button allows users to toggle consent for Functionality and Tracking & Performance cookies. Essential cookies are pre-selected by default because they are necessary for the website to function properly.

What if I don't consent to the use of cookies?

If you prefer to avoid the use of cookies on the Amilia website, simply accept the essential cookies and we'll automatically delete the others. This way, you can navigate the Amilia website without losing functionality.

However, if you don't accept our cookies, you may experience some inconvenience in your use of the Amilia website and some features may not function properly.

Check out our cookie policy and refer to part 2 - Your choices regarding cookies.

What if I'm in Incognito mode?

If you are navigating the Amilia website in incognito mode, the cookies banner will appear again so you can select to customize or accept all cookies. However, once your session is finished, your selection is not saved.

What if I want to change my cookie preferences?

Once a user selects their cookie preferences, the banner disappears and isn't prompted again unless the cookies expire, or the user clears their cookie cache.

If you want to change your cookie preferences, you can clear your cookie cache by accessing the settings in your internet browser. More information is available in our cookie policy in part 2 - Your choices regarding cookies.

What if I browse the Amilia website without setting my cookie preferences?

Unless you make a selection in the cookie banner, it won't disappear. In addition, if you are navigating any page on the Amilia website, you are consenting to the essential cookies.

Is my organization impacted by a user's cookie preferences?

If a user opts out of tracking and performance cookies, they won't be tracked. This has an impact on how organizations measure store traffic using third party analytics (GA, Meta ad, Google ad, etc.).
