Need more control over who can change your clients' profile pictures? The Access Picture app might be for you! To increase security at facilities and minimize deceptive behavior by participants who might think about sharing paid memberships, this app allows you to include two profile pictures on each client’s profile.
You can activate the Access Picture app from the Amilia App Store.
What does the Access Picture app do?
Once activated, you'll notice two profile pictures on your clients' accounts:
A profile picture that participants can update at any time from the mobile app, at check-out, or from their personal account.
An access picture that only admins can update. It is printed on Amilia ID cards and appears when participants check-in with the Access Management feature.
How to Edit an Access Picture
Here are the steps to update your client's Access Picture:
Go to Clients > People and select the client whose access picture you wish to update
Scroll down to the Access Picture section
Click Edit picture and either upload a new image or copy the client's profile picture
Click Save

On app activation, Amilia Smartrec will copy the profile picture into the access picture for all your organization's existing clients. For every new client account you create, the access picture will be the profile picture clients upload to their personal account by default.
