League Source is a mobile app that helps organizations and participants stay connected and streamline league management. It's available on both the Apple App Store and Android App Store. The integration with Amilia SmartRec automates participant data imports and allows organizations to leverage the power of SmartRec for online registration.

Who is this integration for?
The integration with League Source is for clients whose needs go beyond league registration. League Source facilitates managing all aspects of sports leagues including keeping participants informed with real time updates, push notifications, and easy access to league schedules, results, documents, pictures, and video.
What can I do with League Source?
Here's an overview of League Source features:
Comprehensive Management: Manage your leagues and stay organized on one streamlined, easy to use sports league management dashboard. Create as many leagues, divisions and teams as you need.
Schedule Building: Create schedules for leagues and tournaments using the powerful schedule builder. Post results and standings directly inside the app or link external schedules.
League Newsfeed: Send updates and reminders or post engaging content on your own League Newsfeed. Keep everyone in the loop with important league information and never miss a thing!
Communication Hub:
Team Group Chat: Allow participants to communicate via group chat right inside the App to make sure all teammates are always in the loop with team activities!
Two-Way Messaging and Email: Send messages to the entire league, a specific division, or individual participants to make sure they have all the important information they need. Certain packages also include the ability to send outgoing emails for promotional or informational purposes.
Information Sharing:
Share pictures, videos, and essential documents like rule books and policy manuals for parents to view and download directly inside the app.

How does the integration with SmartRec work?
The integration automates adding participant information to League Source, meaning admins can automatically import all their participants' information from SmartRec in one click instead of having to add them manually.
Directly from the League Source platform, admins can map out which SmartRec activities or leagues should be matched with specific League Source divisions to automatically import participant information.
Once the import is complete, admins can optionally navigate to the division and break down the participant list into teams.
For Kids Leagues and Youth Sports
If you would like to manage a kids’ league or youth sports, simply create your programs and activities as you normally would and have your clients register, fill out relevant forms, and pay for the activity via SmartRec.
Once the registration closes, import the participant list into League Source. You can divide the participants into teams directly in League Source.
For Adult Leagues
If you would like to manage a sports league for adults, we suggest using Amilia SmartRec’s League Registration feature, so captains can enroll their teams and pay for the registration, then manage the rest with League Source.
How do I get started with League Source?
1. Sign up for a free admin account:
Visit the Amilia App Store to activate League Source. Click on Contact us and fill out the form. Otherwise, you can access the form directly at https://mailchi.mp/leaguesource.com/amilialeagueapp.
2. Wait to get your login credentials
Upon registration, expect to receive your login credentials and additional information within 3 business days. If you do not receive the credentials within this time frame please contact info@rectechllc.com.
3. Explore the demo
Once you have your free admin account, log in and click on Start Demo from the dashboard to delve deeper into the product. This hands-on experience allows you to explore features and start configuring your leagues.
4. Complete the Self-Onboarding Steps
Complete the 7 steps of the self-onboarding at your own pace. This guided process is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of how to use League Source for your specific needs.
5. Upgrade your plan
League Source’s pricing is based on the number of users you require, so we suggest consulting the pricing page to determine which plan is right for you. The integration with Amilia SmartRec is included in all plans.
After completing the learning phase and gaining confidence in the platform, seamlessly upgrade your plan. Choose from the available pricing plans directly from the Subscriptions tab. This step ensures you have access to advanced features that cater to your evolving requirements.

How do I connect League Source to SmartRec?
Here's how to integrate your Amilia SmartRec account with League Source:
Step 1: Set up your Leagues in League Source
Download the League Source User Guide from the League Source website. Follow the steps in the document to set up your Leagues.
Step 2: Choose participants to import
Once your league is created, click on League > League List then click the User button next to the league to which you want to import participants from Amilia SmartRec.
Step 3: Select the Import Type
From the User menu, click Select Import Type then choose Import From Amilia from the options.
Step 4: Log in Amilia
You'll be prompted to log in with your Amilia SmartRec login credentials and Organization ID.
Your Organization ID can be found in your organization's SmartRec browser link. In this example, the ID is clubamiliasouthwest.
Step 5: Import Participants
Choose the specific League, Division, and Program from Amilia SmartRec that you want to import.
The Team field is optional and can be left blank. Assign teams later if you want to enable access to the Group Chat feature in the League Source App.
Click Import from Amilia to submit. The system will automatically send emails to participants with login credentials and a link to download the app to their smartphone.
Note: The default login for everyone is their email, and the temporary password is 123456. Two logins are allowed, allowing both parents to access the platform on separate devices using one email address.
