League Registration simplifies online league registrations by allowing admins, captains and/or players to enroll in their teams.

How it Works
1. Create your League Program
In the Activities>Programs subtab, click +New Program:
Name your League Program for easy identification.
Define the start/end date of your league. Games will occur within this date range.
Check the Team season (League registrations) option.
Toggle the activity view to Session.
Make visible to Clients (once your teams are registered, you can deselect this).
Save your program.
Create a Team Activity
You'll create team activities in the Activity>Edit subtab. Some settings must be configured differently depending on how players will register to the team.
Division acts as the activity's category in the store.
Sub Division acts as the activity's sub-category in the store.
Choose one of two ways for athletes to register to the team in the store.
🙋 Team registration by the captain
The team captain registers to the team activity and pays on behalf of the entire team. At checkout, they'll include each player's email address to send a secret link to register to a new, hidden activity (which represents the team).
Name the team activity.
Set the Status to Normal, so that the activity is visible in the store.
Set the Schedule to One time only and the start/end date of the season.
The price should reflect the total cost per team to register.
Spots: How many team captains (i.e., teams) can register to the activity?

Each player must register to the team activity and must pay due fees at checkout.
Name the team activity.
Set the Status to Normal so that the activity is visible in the store. Or, select Hidden and email the link to players to keep other clients from registering.
Set the Schedule to One time only and the start/end date of the season.
The price should reflect how much it costs per player to register.
Spots: How many players can register to the activity (i.e., team)?
Save the activity when you're done. Read below to learn what to expect in the store.
2. What to Expect when the Captain Registers
Prior to registrations, the activity will look like this in the Activity>Registrations subtab. Below, 0 of 4 teams have registered.
After registrations, a hidden activity with the captain's name is automatically created.
Below, 2 teams have registered. One team has 2 registered players (including the captain). The other team only has 1 registered player (the captain).
🙋How the team captain creates the team
The captain must first log into their account and find the activity in the store.
Add the activity to the cart for themselves and proceed to checkout.
At step 2, the captain must include their team members' email addresses and click the Save button before continuing to fill out the registration form.
The captain is expected to pay the full amount on behalf of their team.
A secret link is visible on the purchase confirmation and the copy of the invoice.
An email is sent to team members so they can quickly register to the team. The captain can save the secret link to share if players don't receive an email.
👪 How players use the secret link to register to their team
When a team captain includes a player's email at checkout, an email is sent containing the secret link to register to the team.
Clicking the link directs them to the hidden activity in the store. When clicking register, the player is asked to login or create an account (if they don't have one).
Since the captain already paid for their team's registration, there's no fees.
The player must fill out the registration form to successfully register to the team.
3. What to Expect when the Activity is a Team
Prior to registrations, the activity will look like this in the Activity>Registrations subtab. Below, no players have yet registered.
After registrations, the number of registered players is visible. Below, 3 separate players have registered (not necessarily the captain).
⛹️ How all players register to the team
Each player must log into their account and find the activity in the store.
Add the activity to the cart for themselves and proceed to checkout.
Each player must fill out the registration form and pay the due amount. The process is akin to registering to any other kind of activity in the store.
A purchase confirmation and copy of the invoice is sent to the player and is accessible in their personal account.
