A tool in the Discounts subtab allows you to set an acceptable amount of rebates for activities and memberships in your store, and issues visual alerts when the threshold is exceeded.

First, enter a percentage in the box below and click Ok.

  • Check the box if you want to include the possibility of clients using multiple different coupon codes on the same invoice.

Next, click on the 'View by' filter to select whether you want to view all of your activities or memberships that are linked to at least one discount. By default, this filter is set to display your existing discounts.

👉 You can change the percentage and/or the filters at any time.

Visual Alerts when Respecting the Threshold

Activity and/or membership offers accompanied by a blue book icon do not have rebates exceeding the threshold.

  • Hover over the icon to view the amount clients will pay when all applicable discounts are deducted from the original price of the item.

Visual Alerts when Exceeding the Threshold

Activity and/or membership offers accompanied a red book icon or an exclamation icon means you are risking rebates that exceed the threshold.

  • Hover over the icons to view the amount clients could pay if they qualified for every possible discount.

  • If this is unacceptable, edit your discounts to ensure no excessive rebates are granted.
