Fees are the opposite of promotions. They are automatically added to the customer's invoice according to certain criteria, but they increase the total amount of the invoice, rather than reducing it.

Make sure you have the 'Fee' app activated in the Apps store! Afterwards, you can create your own automatic fees in the Discounts and fees subtab.

​NOTE: These types of fees are not the same as Service Fees.

By Age: Applies an additional fee when a person meets the required age at the time of his or her registration. You can set this up so the fee applies for people who are over or under the chosen age.

By Location: Applies an additional fee when a customer does not live in one of the cities selected at the time of his or her registration. The system will run a postal code check by comparing it with our database.

By date: Applies an additional fee when a customer makes a purchase within a set period, with a start date and an end date.

Question: Applies an additional fee when a customer selects a programmed answer at the time of his or her purchase. Depending on the answer given, the customer will be invoiced a certain amount, or not invoiced.

After doing this, you must Add targeted items by using the drop-down menu, followed by the Add button.

You may also add additional criterion.

Each fee may only be applied once per eligible item or per person - per invoice. You may make your choice when setting up the fee.

A fee cannot be applied to an item priced at $0. These items won't be visible in the lists of items you may add.
