1. Who is this integration for?
This integration is for US organizations that take league and team registrations in Amilia and want to manage the season in TeamSideline. It is a good fit if you:
Run children’s, adult, or co-ed leagues, or Adult/Captain Team registrations
Want to schedule games, assign rosters, and message coaches, parents, and players from one place
Want to skip entering registration data by hand

⚠️ The integration is one-way. Team assignments, schedules, and other activity in TeamSideline do not appear in Amilia.
⚠️ Changes made in Amilia after a registration syncs, such as updates, withdrawals, or refunds, do not carry over to TeamSideline. You must record the same changes in TeamSideline.
3. How registration sync works
Once connected, TeamSideline syncs your Children’s League and Adult/Captain Team registrations directly from Amilia. This saves you the time of syncing registrations manually. Once they’re in TeamSideline, you can generate schedules and manage rosters right away.
The integration is one-way. Amilia is not updated with anything that happens in TeamSideline (team assignments, schedules, etc.).
3.1 For organizations using Amilia Network
🌐 This section applies to organizations using Amilia's Network tools.
If your organization is structured as a parent location with multiple locations, each its own Amilia organization, the integration adapts to sync across all of them from a single TeamSideline site:
Using your organization’s master network ID, TeamSideline queries the parent location to retrieve the full list of locations.
Amilia returns each location and its organization ID.
TeamSideline pulls registration data from each location individually.
All participants are consolidated into a single list. Anyone registered at more than one location is deduplicated and appears only once, since every participant in a network carries a single persistent ID that stays consistent across locations.
This means registrations sync automatically across all your locations, with no manual exports required.

TeamSideline doesn’t offer standardized pricing. Quotes are based on your participant volume and provided directly through their sales process.

5. How to get started with the integration
Contact your Amilia representative, or Allie Siberz at TeamSideline (allison@teamsideline.com), to get started.
TeamSideline staff set up the connection between your organization's Amilia account and TeamSideline.
Provide your logo to TeamSideline. Once they have it, TeamSideline commits to having your dedicated site running within 5 business days.
When your site is ready, you receive an email with a link to your site and instructions for accessing training materials.

FAQ
Can I see team assignments in Amilia after a registration occurs?
No. The integration is one-way. Amilia is not updated with anything that happens in TeamSideline (team assignments, schedules, and so on).
Do parents know which team their child is on? If so, where (in Amilia or in a website/app)?
Roster assignments are done in Team Sideline, not Amilia. Once your Team Sideline admin assigns end users to a team, you can choose to:
Send communications to end users directly, and/or
Enable coaches to sign in and see their team roster to communicate with them, and/or
Have an automatic communication sent to rosters when the Team Sideline team site is created, so end users know what team they're on.
Can parents see if their child is on the same team as a friend?
Yes. Parents can see the roster from the TeamSite app, as long as admins have enabled roster visibility for non-staff users (like volunteer coaches).
Is there an automatic onboarding process to inform parents of basics like their child's team and schedule?
Yes, in part. Once game schedules are live, admins can publish them to the TeamSite app. Admins can also set up reminder emails and attendance polls to go out automatically at different times, depending on how they're configured.
