How does the integration with SmartRec work?
QuickScores leverages our API in order to connect and sync SmartRec data into your QuickScores account. Please consult the Instructions for Connecting QuickScores and SmartRec.pdf guide for step-by-step instructions.
At 4:00 AM EST, Quickscores automatically syncs the latest data from SmartRec to your QuickScores account. If you need to sync right away after making a change, you can easily do so by navigating to Tools > Data Sync > Manual Sync.
How do I get started?
To get started, reach out to your customer success manager or success@amilia.com. They will connect you with the QuickScores team to schedule a tutorial and kickstart the implementation process. You won't need any specific documents for onboarding unless your organization mandates them.
How much does it cost to use QuickScores?
$7 per team/season for leagues

The invoice is sent after the season starts, to account for any last-minute team changes

Do coaches and participants have access to a portal?
Yes, coaches, players, and parents, have access to a shared portal for game viewing, team management, profile editing, and other relevant functions based on their role and league settings. Creating a coach or player account is optional, as schedules can be viewed without a coach account. Once added to QuickScores, players and coaches receive an email detailing registration options and providing a registration link.

Technical support from QuickScores is complimentary. You will be provided with contact information during onboarding.
