2. How does the ActiveXchange integration work?
Amilia and ActiveXchange have a partnership whereby data necessary to power the ActiveXchange platform is shared between both organizations using an API in JSON format.
This API allows the ingestion of Amilia SmartRec data into ActiveXchange's platform (once a month), which powers the ActiveXchange data intelligence platform.
The ActiveXchange team then transforms the extracted data so it can be displayed in ActiveXchange's platform, often joining and enhancing registration data with other centrally licensed contextual data. You will need login credentials to view the data on ActiveXchange's platform.
The ActiveXchange platform then displays the data intelligence in a collection of dashboards, reports, mapping layers, and other intelligence tools to help support growing membership, retaining members, optimizing programming, improving customer satisfaction, and more.
