How does the integration with Amilia SmartRec work?
The integration between SmartRec and Evolia is not bidirectional. This means that information from SmartRec can be sent to Evolia, but information from Evolia cannot be sent to SmartRec. That said, we are actively working on making the integration bidirectional, so stay tuned for updates!
Activities created in SmartRec can be imported to Evolia as Open or Assigned Shifts by clicking a button in Evolia. If one or more staff members or a facility is assigned to an activity, the information will be reflected in Evolia as long as the staff and facility have been configured in Evolia. How much does it cost to use Evolia?
Evolia offers three plans: essential (free), business ($3.50 per employee per month), and enterprise ($4.50 per employee per month). The integration with SmartRec is included in the business plan.
