Some apps in the App Store are built by third parties, not by Amilia. If you need help with an app that was built by a third party, then here is a quick run-through of how you can contact the developer or company directly for support.
Apps activated from the App Store in SmartRec
If you need help with a third party app that you activated from the App Store in SmartRec, you can request assistance from the app's support either directly from the App website, or from the app's listing page in the App Store.
Apps configured from a third party's website
If you need help with an app that you configured directly from a third party's website, then you can find the developer's contact information on their website or in their app. Amilia doesn't provide support for apps that you configured directly from a developer's website.
Request a refund or credit for an app purchase
If the app charge was processed through Amilia, then Amilia can issue you a credit for the charge. All credits that are applied to app purchases are recorded on your subscription invoice.
Some app charges are processed outside of Amilia. In this case, the third party can process the refund according to the original payment method used.
