In the Activities>Programs subtab, you can share your programs on your organization's Facebook page.

In the Activities>Registration subtab, the share button is available for your activities.

  1. Write your description in the Message box.

  2. Click Choose to upload an image.

  3. When ready, share on Facebook.

Good to know

  • After sharing an activity to Facebook, any person who clicks on the shared content will be redirected to the activity in your SmartRec store so they can register.

  • After sharing a program to Facebook, any person who clicks on the shared content will be redirected to your SmartRec store so they can browse the program's activities.

  • When a client purchases an activity, a share button appears on the confirmation page after they checkout. They can share the fun on Facebook!

Which admins in SmartRec can share to Facebook?

All admins have the power to share, but only those who have the right to manage the organization's Facebook page should. Admins always have the option to share to their personal Facebook.
