Where can I find this information?

Admins can see it in the Clients>Account subtab, by clicking the client's file and going into the Account Members subtab. View the participant's Personal Info.

How do clients find this information?

Clients can access their personal account and click the Members tab. In the Forms by Organization section, they can scroll to find the form they completed for your organization and then click Other information for this organization to view their Join date.

How is this date generated?

  • When creating an account by a customer

  • When creating an account by an administrator

  • When you import your customers

This is not a visible field that can be filled in when creating a new account. It is only possible to view and/or change it when the client account has been created.

The import template contains a column to enter the join date. If the column is not filled, the date of the import will be the date of adhesion of the customer.

The join date will also appear when certain client lists are exported. Here are some examples:

  • Under CLIENTS > ACCOUNT > OPERATIONS > EXPORT

  • Under CLIENTS > ACCOUNT > OPERATIONS > ACCOUNT CONTACTS

  • Under CLIENTS > PEOPLE > OPERATIONS > EXPORT

  • Under ACTIVITIES > REGISTRATION > OPERATIONS > ACTIVITY / PARTICIPANT LIST
