An Amilia ID is a unique code assigned to each person created in SmartRec. The code is alphanumeric - starting with a “P” followed by numbers.
Where do we find this number?
The Amilia ID is found in the personal information section of each account member. Account administrators can access it by going to Clients > Account Members > Personal Info.
We also find the Amilia IDs on client invoices. The unique code that follows the name of the customer is his/her Amilia ID.
It can also be found in some reports, such as the Selection summary (Activities > Registration), print profile (Clients > People) and on the list of participants under the Memberships Tab.
