Activities configuration export report

View and audit configured setting details for each activity, by program.

Written by Samantha Postlethwaite
Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Activities Configuration Export report provides a complete overview of how activities are configured across a program. It helps admins quickly review dozens—or even hundreds—of activities in one place, without opening each activity individually.

This report centralizes activity settings so that issues can be identified early, such as missing prorating, incorrect registration forms, inaccurate start times, or inconsistent setup across activities.

💡 The activity edit link opens the activity's settings for quick updates.

1. How it works

The Activities configuration export report is in the Reports tab, under the Activities section.

1.1 Program selection

This report does not rely on date filters. Admins must select the program(s) they want to include in the export. All activities within the selected program are included in the report.

To reset the selection, refresh the page.

1.2 Rows

Each row represents one activity, and the total number of rows matches the number of activities (items) in the selected program(s). Rows update automatically based on your selection.

Below, two programs are selected, resulting in 22 activities displayed in the report.

3. FAQ

1. Does the report include registrations or participants?

The Activities configuration export shows configuration data only. It doesn't include participant, registration, or transaction data.

If you're looking for participant data, you may want to try our standard report Activity participant registration information report.

2. Can I edit activities directly from the report?

Edits are not made inside the report, but each activity includes an activity edit link that opens the activity’s configuration page.

3. Does this report replace the 'Information on the activities of the program' report?

This report replaces the older “Information of the activities of the program” report (which is still available for those who want to use it). The legacy report lacks some key data points (such as forms and registration periods), does not support column selection, and does not include edit links.

4. When should I use this report?

This report is designed to support admins and implementation teams at any time, especially before major registrations or go-live milestones.

Overall, it helps reduce errors, saves time, and improves confidence before registration periods open.
