FOR A SPECIFIC CLIENT

  • Go to CLIENTS > ACCOUNTS

  • Search the client and access his Client Billing sub tab.

  • Under the Operations menu, select Account Statement.

Fill in the following form:

Type: Choose if you want a statement with the purchases and the payments or a Detailed one with a description of the purchases.

Start date: Check the box if you want this statement to start right after the end date of the last statement or enter the desired start date manually.

End date: The end date defaults to the preceding day, because changes may occur during the day. However, you can change it manually.

Message: Type a message here that you would like to be include in the email that would be sent to the client.

  • Check if you want this Account Statement to be send to the client by email.

FOR MULTIPLE CLIENTS AT ONCE

  • Go to CLIENTS > ACCOUNTS

  • You can Add a Filter or combine many of them in order to obtain the desired list of clients.

  • You can also sort all your Client's accounts by Balance and/or Expected Balance, by clicking on those headers.

  • Check Account Owner to select all the Clients in the list.

  • or each client separately.

  • In the Operations menu, select Account Statement.
